Gorgonians feed on micro, zoo, and phyto-plankton as well as meaty treats. Not recommended for beginners.
Easy to keep, Soft Corals are generally planktivores, will feed primarily on zoo and pyhto plankton.
Leathers are planktivores and will filter feed. Moderate flow is required. They are hardy and great for beginners.
Small Polyp Stony are not recommended for beginners, as water-quality, lighting and flow need to be ideal.
Large Polyp Stony corals, or LPS, require higher amounts of calcium, strontium, iodine, and trace elements, to thrive.
Mushrooms and Polyps are easy to care for. Both are planktivores and are recommended for beginners.
