$35 for first box, $12 for each additional box. Each box can hold approximately 40lbs. Remember saltwater weighs 8.55 pounds per gallon when estimating what your total shipping cost may be. No Extra charge for heat or cool packs.

Availability.
Stocks this time of year (Dec-Jan) are at annual lows due to a variety of reasons beyond our control; including the need for collectors and exporters to recertify for the CITIES treaty, weather, civil unrest and the Holidays. We will do our best to get your order to you as complete as possible. We expect stock levels to return to normal late January.
In the interest of meeting your schedule; Generally if 70% of your order is in stock, it will be shipped. Any missing items or substitutions will be marked on your order and your total will be adjusted accordingly. If you would prefer to be contacted if we are missing items, please let us know when placing your order in the comment field. However, this may delay your order. It is highly recommended to call or email us for availability on specimens before placing your order. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot backorder live animals.

Shipping.
We ship nationwide year-round via FedEx. Shipments generally arrive before 3 p.m. for residential deliveries and between 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for commercial addresses. Delivery time may vary depending on weather and location. If you would like delivery before 10AM ($12.00 extra), you may request AM delivery in the order notes on page two of check out. We can only ship within the contiguous United States, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or other Countries.

Picking Up Orders at FedEx.
We highly recommend having your package held at the local FedEx office in order to reduce the stress placed on the animals during shipping. Packages held at FedEx for pick up are generally available in the morning in most areas.

To receive this service:
| 1. | Please find the closest FedEx location based on your billing address by entering your address at www.FedEx.com. We are unable to locate a hold facility address for you. |
| 2. | Contact the Hold Facility to make any necessary arrangements. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the receiver. |
| 3. | Please note "Hold For Pickup at FedEx" and enter the street address of the FedEx Customer Care Center of your choice in the Shipping Address field. A seperate Billing Address field will be provided on the second page of the checkout process. |

Saturday Deliveries.
Please check for Saturday service availability in your area. Saturday orders are subject to an additional $16 Saturday charge per box.

Signature Required.
FedEx generally requires a signature for delivery. You or someone authorized by you, must be present to sign for a shipment if you choose to have it delivered to your home or office.

Arrive Alive Guarantee.
Under the following circumstances we will not be able to honor the "Arrive Alive" warranty:
| 1. | Orders not received on the first delivery attempt. |
| 2. | Orders not held for pick up at the FedEx facility when temperatures are greater then 90 degrees or lower then 40 degrees. |

Late Packages.
If a shipment arrives late, you may request a refund of shipping charges (minus a $12 box charge) by sending an email to customercare@marinedepotlive.com. Please provide your name, order number and a description of any damage to the shipping box if applicable.
