Maximum Size: the Stonogobiops yasha grows up to 3 inches.
General Size Specifications: These fish generally will come to you at 1 to 2 inches.
Minimum Tank Size: The Yasha Hase Shrimp Goby prefers a tank of at least 20 gallons with plenty of places to hide & swim.
Diet: The Stonogobiops yasha is a carnivore and likes to eat brine & mysid shrimp and other meaty treats.
Level of Care: The Yasha Hase Shrimp Goby is a medium maintenance fish.
Behavior: The Yasha Hase Shrimp Goby may act peacefully toward other fish.
Hardiness: This is a Intermediately hardy fish
Breeding: Able to breed.
Water Conditions: Keep water quality high (SG 1.020 - 1.025, pH 8.1 - 8.4, Temp. 72 - 78° F).
Range: indo-pacific.
General Notes: Gobies may sometimes attempt jump out. Needs places to burrow. Prefer presence of substrate.Gobies may sometimes attempt jump out. Known to be one of the watchman family that will share its burrow with a pistol shrimp. The Yasha Hase Goby pairs particularly well with the red and white striped `Randalls` Pistol Shrimp.

Comments: Really nice looking fish Likes to be inside the rocks and come out when feeding time only.It is really nice looking fish. Very shy. I havent seen it team up with the pistol shrimp yet....hopefully soon

Comments: I bought a mated pair and a pistol shrimp. They were so much fun to watch! I lost one of them while I was on vacation and also lost my shrimp :( Now I still have the one and well he is shy without the shrimp, but a trooper! They hangout more when they have the pistol shrimp.
