General Notes
: The Abalistes or Starry Trigger gets it`s name from the interesting color pattern on it`s body. It`s body is tan and had dark spots that fade into yellow toward the tail of the fish with fins striped in blue or tans. Relatively friendly, can be kept with other species providing they are the same size or larger. Not suitable for reef aquariums. Will eat crusaceans and invertebrates. May re-aquascape it`s domain. Often learns to accept hand feedings and will grunt in anticipation of a treat.
Note:
Due to variations among each species, livestock may not look identical to the image provided. Expect diversity since each animal is unique in color, texture and shape.
